Yesterday we had an awesome day at the shop! The Team Luna Chix sponsored bike ride was a blast. We headed out for a warmup around Harbor Island and then started the hill climbing up Cannon and out to the Cabrillo National Monument. We had ladies off the front working on intervals and other groups working on handling and riding in a group.
In the afternoon, Lynne and Rachel taught a bike maintenance clinic and gave some tips that really made the difference for the participants on most things maintenance (something has to be left for the real mechanics!).
Overall we had a very successful day and look forward to our summer ride with the Luna Chix.
