Tanya came to the shop looking for a great bike for her first triathlon. She is a member of the first VAVI Triathlon Club. What a great group of people they have training in a sport we love. The primary goal for the group was to train to compete in the Mission Bay Triathlon October 4th. Tanya came to us with little time to spare, but we were able to get her on her Giant Avail 1 just in time! She opted for the beginners package and got everything she needed for her first race. Here she is in transition ready to roll at the wee hours of the morning. She finished and was even featured on the cover of the San Diego Union Tribune! Congrats girl!
Here is Dan with his new Guru Evolo. A nice sharp white paint job and some blue bar tape really make this bike stand out.
Nelson came to the shop looking to upgrade to a carbon frame. He ended up with a Felt Z35 with Shimano 105 components, which is a great bike at the price point.
