One of our MCS team members made the North County Times. Here he is participanting in the uphill time trial at San Elijo. Stephen Akridge placed 10th out of 61 riders. Check out the article HERE.
The MCS Race team has been in action as the season winds down. Evan Warren, Matt Walthner and Jesse Johnson all raced hard in the San Marcos crit at the end of July. The rest of the team has one major race left, this Sunday at the San Clemente Crit. Cat 5 starting at 7:00am, Cat 4 at 7:35 and the ladies rolling out at 10:20am.

We attended the Race Expo on Friday. 
Race day came on Saturday and Sunday. The Junior Elites were off and running with Cory and Dave providing mechanical support along the bike course. They were out there all day helping before and during the different races. Dave even sustained a cow bell injury, cheering on the racers. We were impressed with the professionalism of the elite athletes and how polite the youngsters were. They were pretty relaxed considering the high profile event.
