Last Thursday, the reigning three time Ironman World Champion, Chrissie Wellington, came to speak to the Triathlon Club of San Diego. Bob Babbitt was interviewing. She spoke of her roots as a student and swimmer and her transition into triathlon, previously working for the UK government. This year she broke the overall Women's Kona record, as well as the overall Ironman record by a woman.
